| I think there are two types of xangas. One is the telling of one's daily life. Wonderful reads. Another is the telling of quite remarkably profound and wise observations of life. Also wonderfully interesting. Im not saying there's anything wrong with either of them. Actually i dont even know what im saying, but i feel i lack the sparking-insight-into-your-lives type of entries.
I mean, sure i can tell you about what i do everyday. but thats really for me to know and for myself to enjoy. but then, what is xanga for? i mean, i do my bit of stalking and read the entries of others and i admit i find it all really quite fascinating. but then it seems then that xanga facilitates a great many stalkers to satiate their curiosity of ones life. or. another aspect is that xanga is a means of expression. but unfortuantely for those not as eloquent and skilled with words, xanga is deficent in expressing ones true wit if words is not their strong point.
but i digress. the topic of which i had originally embarked on this rant to express is this: cereal is a staple food. who knew that by replacing eggs, bacon, and ham with crunchy items of joy that we would be revolutionizing the way people eat. Not only has it become the favorite breakfast choice for kids as well as adults, its influence has extended past the duration of the morning hours and into the afternoon, and evening. By this i mean, people eat it for lunch, dinner, heck, even tea time. Simply pour the cereal into a bowl and add milk. the epitome of instant. or simplly, eat it out of the box. it's nutritious and tasty, convenient and fun. add colours if you are into that. go for the granola. or add fruits and nuts for that extra zing. i am a firm believer that cereal is truly beautiful thing.
i personally favor honey-nut cheerios. |
